When you first reach out to Metal Thread to start the process of building your custom Battle Jacket, a member of our Design Team will be in touch and work with you to complete your Battle Jacket Build Spec, making sure you are completely happy with your design before a single needle is threaded.

No two jackets we have made for our clients have been the same. A testimony to the unique and creative clients who proudly wear our brand.

Your Battle Jacket Build Spec will include your details, jacket type, sleeveless or sleeved, band patches (including custom made patches of your own or your friends bands which have been very popular), desired back patch, and additional styling elements such as additional fabrics, badges, sewn in guitar picks, and so on… your chance to get creative and express your vision for us to build for you.

Once finalised, we will price up your build, and provide you with a turnaround time (typically 2-3 weeks), and start making your Battle Jacket.

With your completed Build Spec in hand, we will source your jacket in the colour and size required, repurposing high quality denim jackets, place your back patch and patches as per your requirements, before your Battle Jacket is sewn up by our very capable and attentive seamstresses.

Once sewn up, your additional requirements such as spikes, studs, badges, etc are fixed in place and we are ready to dispatch.

We pride ourselves not only on the quality of our workmanship, but in our overall presentation too.

Each Jacket is packaged in a custom Metal Thread Box, with a rather fetching black ribbon to finish the look, and some Metal Thread match thrown in to say thank you, before being sent recorded delivery to your address.
